Delegations of Authority

Specific operational responsibilities for actions and/or activities, including the authority to act, commit, or execute resources and documents legally binding to the University, are assigned to specified campus administrators through delegation of authority letters.

Delegation of Authority letters issued by UC Office of the President (UCOP) to campus administrators are maintained by the University Policy Office at UCOP.
